SELF PORTRAIT PAINTING WORKSHOP

Painting workshops enhance and balance the experience of a corporate retreat. In this workshop, Lisa led these self proclaimed "non artists" in a one hour Self Portrait Workshop relating to the retreat's theme of authenticity in the workplace. The participants dove in and proudly took their paintings home.

EXECUTIVE TEAMBUILDING COLLABORATION WORKSHOP: PORTRAIT OF THE WORKPLACE

In this tailored workshop designed for an executive leadership team, Lisa sketched images from her workplace, to inspire the group to think visually about how they experience their daily work routines. The group then dove in to create their own expressive sketches.

After lively guided discussion and collaboration, Lisa coached each participant as they painted their own  "Portrait of the Workplace." Through the process they enjoyed hearing each other's perceptions, discovering how their workplace looks  through the eyes of their colleagues, and building new understandings.

The group emerged with a stronger team, and some great artwork to take back to their office.
